Welcome to NN Fix. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of NN fix's Electronics Repair and Parts Services. By accessing this website or utilizing our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use NN Fix if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Service Estimates & Repair Process
At NN Fix, we provide initial estimates based on visual inspection or initial diagnostics of your electronic device. Full diagnostics are required for complex motherboard repairs, game consoles, and laptop hardware issues. We will not proceed with any repair that exceeds the quoted estimate by more than 15% without obtaining prior verbal or written consent from the customer.
2. Replacement Parts & Quality Standards
NN Fix utilizes high-grade, industrial-standard replacement parts to ensure long-term stability and reliability. We offer both OEM-equivalent and high-quality third-party components depending on availability and hardware specifications. All parts installed by our technicians undergo rigorous testing before the device is returned to the client.
3. Warranty Policy
We stand by our engineering. NN Fix provide a standard 90-day warranty on all hardware repairs and replacement parts, unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the parts used and issues directly related to the specific repair performed. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid exposure, or subsequent unauthorized tampering post-repair.
4. Customer Responsibilities & Data Backup
The customer is solely responsible for backing up all data, software, and information stored on the device prior to submitting it for repair. NN Fix and its technicians are not liable for any loss of data, corruption, or software failure during the hardware diagnostic or repair process. For devices that cannot be powered on, data recovery efforts are treated as a separate, non-guaranteed service.
5. Unclaimed Devices
Any device left at our facility for more than 60 days after the notification of repair completion or diagnostic results will be considered abandoned. NN Fix reserves the right to dispose of, recycle, or sell the abandoned hardware to recover diagnostic time and storage costs.
6. Payments & Cancellations
Payment is due in full upon collection of the repaired device. NN Fix accepts cash and electronic payments. If a repair is cancelled after diagnostics have been performed but before work has commenced, a standard diagnostic fee may apply to cover the technician's time and lab resources.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for any disputes arising out of the services provided by NN Fix.
